Child-Centred Play Therapy

A safe, evidence-based approach helping children express feelings and build resilience through the natural language of play.

What is Child-Centred Play Therapy?

Play is the natural language of childhood. Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that supports children's emotional wellbeing through play.

It provides children with a safe, accepting, and professionally supported space to express their inner world, process difficult experiences, and develop the emotional and social skills they need to thrive.

Rather than directing the child's play, our therapist follows the child's lead — creating an environment of unconditional positive regard in which the child feels genuinely free to explore and heal at their own pace.
